Le gel dentaire aux canneberges améliore la santé buccodentaire chez le chien et le chat. Il prévient l’accumulation de la plaque dentaire et la mauvaise haleine.

La texture du gel dentaire a été optimisée pour la rendre collante sur les dents et gencives de l’animal. Cela permet d’augmenter le plus possible le temps de contact entre le produit et les parois buccodentaires de l’animal. Le temps de contact est un facteur important pour l’efficacité du produit actif. L’appréciation du goût par l’animal a été un élément important dans le développement du gel dentaire pour rendre son administration la plus agréable possible. L’animal peut ainsi faire une bonne association avec le gel dentaire et le propriétaire aura plus de facilité à faire son hygiène bucodentaire.

Il peut être administré à votre animal de différentes façons : avec une brosse à dents, avec vos doigts ou avec sa nourriture.

Shipping rates are fixed at $7 for all packages delivered to Canada. All delivery fees, including those paid for the return of an item, are non refundable.

Orders are shipped by Canada Post and are distributed throughout Canada. Once the order has been shipped, you can track it with the tracking number provided by Canada Post. The latter agrees to leave the parcel at the post office closest to the address provided in the purchase order, if any, where no one is present at the time of delivery. If this is the case, a Delivery Notice Card will be left at the door giving you the information you need to pick up your package. No signature is required at the time of delivery at the address provided in the purchase order, but a valid photo ID will be required at the post office to pick up your package.
The shipping time is 3-5 business days in the central regions of Quebec. Please add 2-3 business days for deliveries to rural areas in Quebec as well as anywhere else in Canada.

Whether online or in store, we have a no refund policy. Only exchanges or store credits are accepted.

Our policies are 30 days for online purchases and 14 days for store purchases. If you exceed the number of days since your purchase, we unfortunately can not offer you an exchange or store credit.
To qualify for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and still have its label. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products can not be exchanged. Perishable goods such as food and treats can not be returned. Also, we do not accept products for personal use, sanitary or hygiene, dangerous products or flammable gases or liquids.
Other items that can not be returned:

To make an exchange or receive a store credit, you must present a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Only regular priced items can be exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.

You are responsible for the shipping fees to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
The time required to receive your exchanged product may vary, depending on where you live.
If you are shipping an item with a value of  $75 or more, please consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or secure delivery insurance. We can not guarantee we will receive the item you return to us.
