To all our clients and their furry friends,
You will find all useful information during the temporary closure of our stores below.
In order to avoid any contagion and to support our government's wishes, we have decided to close our Place de la Cité and Rockland Centre stores until the COVID-19 situation is over. However, we have put in place several measures so that you can get the products essential for your dog's well-being, including food, treats, bones and hygiene products.
Our Place de la Cité boutique will remain open on Saturdays. You will be able to come and buy your large 10 kg bags of dry food from Acana, Fromm and Hurraw brands and raw food from the brand Faim Museau. The number of customers in the boutique will be limited. The surfaces and the payment will be disinfected after each customer. Only credit and debit cards will be accepted. For smaller dogs, we have added all bags of food from 2 to 3 kg on our online shop. Your dog will therefore be able to stay on their usual food and avoid any digestive problems. For any emergency, do not hesitate to write us at email@example.com.
If you are unable to come to our store on a Saturday and live within a 10-km radius of Place de la Cité, we offer delivery service for 10 kg bags of food. Please let us know your needs and phone number at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will contact you as soon as possible.
Our online shop remains open. The employees in charge of the online store and our social networks communicate by call, video conference and text message as needed.
Also, with the imminent arrival of spring, and therefore, of spring shedding and dirt inherent to snowmelt, grooming your dog is essential to maintain his coat until our grooming service reopens. Better to maintain than to heal. So we thought we'd give you our best advices on how to take care of your furry friend's coat yourself at home in a blog post.
Finally, we have added several raincoats to our online store so that you can protect the hair of your dog during your outings. Dressing your dog in the spring helps prevent icing salts from sticking to your dog's coat. You'll thank us!
It normally takes 3 to 5 business days to receive your packages. Canada Post being very busy during this period so we ask you to be patient about delivery times. We all work together to ensure that everyone receives their order as quickly as possible.
Remember how lucky we are to be surrounded by our furry friends on a daily basis.
Thank you for your precious support. Take care of yourself and your health. Encourage Quebec businesses. Together, we will fight that virus.
See you soon.
