Whether online or in store, we have a no refund policy. Only exchanges or store credits are accepted.
Our policies are 30 days for online purchases and 14 days for store purchases. If you exceed the number of days since your purchase, we unfortunately can not offer you an exchange or store credit.
To qualify for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and still have its label. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products can not be exchanged. Perishable goods such as food and treats can not be returned. Also, we do not accept products for personal use, sanitary or hygiene, dangerous products or flammable gases or liquids.

Only regular priced items can be exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.

You are responsible for the shipping fees to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
The time required to receive your exchanged product may vary, depending on where you live.
If you are shipping an item with a value of $75 or more, please consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or secure delivery insurance. We can not guarantee we will receive the item you return to us.
